Overview
What needs you, and how KONEKD is doing, on one screen. Every line opens the place it comes from.

Switches
Two switches, independent on purpose. The website can be down while every card stays up — a card in someone’s email signature must not go dark because you are publishing a new homepage.
Customers
Who is paying, on what, and what has actually come in. Money received is what Stripe reported on real invoices; what the plans are worth is each plan’s own stored price — nothing on this screen is worked out from a price list. Open Stripe for anything you need to act on.

AI
What every card’s AI cost this month — its visitors’ questions and the owner’s own tools — against the ceiling you set and what each card pays. Two switches: the breaker pauses every card’s AI at once; a card’s own switch pauses one. Either way the card still renders and the visitor never reads a limit — the AI is simply not offered.

All of a card’s AI — its visitors’ questions and the owner’s own tools. Today counts the visitors’ questions; a card over £1 of them in a day is marked, and the hourly guard has already emailed you. Biggest spender first; a name opens the customer.

A thumbs-down and a problem passed to the team wait here until you mark them done. A thumbs-up is only counted. The last 100.
Inbox
Everyone who has written to hello@konekd.com or support@konekd.com. New mail appears here within five minutes — KONEKD reads the mailbox itself, so you do not have to.
Nothing yet. When somebody emails hello@konekd.com or support@konekd.com it appears here.
No messages yet.
Only you see this. It is never sent and never appears in the conversation. ⚠️ It is still information about a real person, and they can ask to see it.
New account
This makes a free card. A real account, a real address, a real card live at konekd.com — it just is not billed. Use it for yourself, for anyone testing, and for a card you are giving to someone. Anything that gets paid for goes through Stripe. Their address can never be changed afterwards, so it is worth asking them first.

Email list
Everyone who joined the list on konekd.com, newest first. Tick the ones you want, or leave everything unticked and the broadcast goes to all of them. A selection survives paging and searching, so you can build one across several pages.

Broadcast
One email to the list, sent in batches and resumable. Every send carries an unsubscribe link — that is PECR, not courtesy.
Notify
A push to card owners — the people who pay you. Never to a visitor: somebody who once opened a card is a stranger, and a stranger who gets a notification from a business card is a complaint, not a feature.
Heatmap
Where people click on the home page, how far they get, and which part holds them longest — counted only for visitors who accept analytics in the cookie bar. Nothing identifies anyone: you get patterns, never people.
